  • Leaders often have the dual task of leading both the present and the future of their organization, business, or program. The challenge of the present day-to-day tasks can make it difficult to provide a clear plan and vision for the future. That is where I come in. As a strategist, I partner with my clients and their teams to identify effective and appropriate strategic goals and develop a process to monitor and track performance towards those goals.

    Sometimes it is necessary to have an unbiased third-party to help navigate difficult conversations, or simply do the work so that you can fully engage in the learning process. When I work with a client, I actively engage myself in their business. I become an accountability partner, or a business execution specialist, however you want to look at it. I am fully there to support you.
